Cashmere wool is one of the most delicate fabrics there is. It can be washed by hand at home, whether you choose a dry clean or prefer lukewarm water.
It is important to use a wool shampoo or cleaner mixed with the water and to gently move the fabric around in it. Do not leave it to soak for more than 30 minutes. Then wring it out very gently, rinse it in cold, clean water and lightly press the fabric. Leave the garment to dry naturally.
