If you wish to return an item purchased on Lottusse.com, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to do so free of charge.
Personalised items or items made to order cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, in accordance with applicable law.
Items must retain all their tags and be in perfect condition. Returns can be made online or at Lottusse stores, excluding outlets and points of sale at El Corte Inglés.
