A BAG THAT ISN'T MANUFACTURED. IT IS CRAFTED, KNOT BY KNOT.

THE KNOT THAT GIVES THE BAG ITS NAME

Every bag begins here: the leather is calibrated before being cut into the strips that will form the knots.

STRIPS BORN FROM LEATHER

Cut by blade, fine and continuous. Their width defines the bag: narrower for the small size, wider for the large.

HANDS THAT KNOW THE CRAFT

Cutting, knotting, assembling, shaping. Each step requires different expertise.

THE TOOLS OF THE TRADE
HAMMER, BLADE, MOULD.

AROUND THE WOODEN MOULD

The structure grows around a hand-carved mould. The bag is built inside out.

FIXED BY HAND, ONE BY ONE

THE FINAL DETAILS
